Construction starting soon on this downtown Olympia development
Pile driving — and the accompanying noise — could begin as early as next week on the Westman Mill development, according to a city of Olympia news release.
Construction is set to begin Jan. 21 on the mixed-use development on Port of Olympia property at 510 State Ave. NE. The first phase of construction will include installing piles for the new buildings.
Pile driving will happen from 7 a.m. and 6 p.m every day and is expected to last at least 30 days, according to the city.
