Puget Sound Energy (PSE) customers have an opportunity Tuesday evening to testify before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC) on proposed electricity and natural gas rate hikes.

A public hearing on the proposed hikes starts at 6 p.m. at the UTC office at 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey.

Puget Sound Energy has asked the UTC to approve an increase of 6.9% in electricity revenue, and a 7.9% increase in additional natural gas revenue.
