Texas woman injured when she crashes into street sign and trees near Oakville

A woman was injured Sunday when she crashed her car near Oakville in Grays Harbor County, according to the Washington State Patrol.

About 7:40 p.m., the 58-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, was headed west on US 12 at Blockhouse Road when she drove off the road and struck a street sign and trees.

Troopers say the cause of the crash was “inattentive driving.”

After the collision, the woman was taken to Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma for her injuries.
