Olympia man dies when car hits tree off Rainier Road
Marques L. Hudson, 39, of Olympia died in a single-car crash on Rainier Road Saturday afternoon, according to the Thurston County Coroner’s Office.
About 1:40 p.m. Saturday, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash in the 10000 block of Rainier Road Southeast, near Military Road.
Deputies say the man drove off the road at a “high speed” and hit a tree.
Rainier Road was reduced to one lane for several hours, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
