He’s accused of burglarizing a gun store. Now, Olympia police are trying to find him

Olympia police are looking for a burglary suspect who failed to show up for his arraignment in Thurston County Superior Court on Feb. 4.

A bench warrant has been issued for Christopher Waggoner, 32, court records show.

Waggoner was first arrested on Jan. 17 in connection with a gun store burglary that happened about 8 p.m. Jan. 13 in the 2700 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast.

He later appeared in court where a commissioner found probable cause to charge him with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, possessing a stolen firearm and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, both methamphetamine and heroin. Bail was was set at $3,000 and he was later released.
