Description: Black man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair or bald

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: Transient

Criminal history: In 1998, Hampton pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to one count of transporting a minor for prostitution and two counts of transporting an individual for prostitution and was sentenced to 75 months confinement. He had been accused of transporting minors over state lines for the purpose of prostitution.
