Skyler L. Boyd
Age: 28
Description: White man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
Status: Level 3
Registered to live at: Thurston County area
Criminal history: In 2008, Boyd pleaded guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court to one count of indecent liberties with forcible compulsion and one count of attempted indecent liberties and was sentenced to 118-165 weeks JRA confinement after he was accused of sexually assaulting two girls, ages 15 and 17, when he was 16 years old.
Reynaldo L. Israel
Age: 59
Description: Asian man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 245 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
Status: Level 3
Registered to live at: 7700 block of 197th Avenue Southwest, Rochester
Criminal history: In 1988, Israel pleaded guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to one count of first-degree statutory rape and was sentenced to 31 months of confinement after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 7- or 8-year-old girl when he was 27 years old.
In 1997, Israel pleaded guilty in Spokane County Superior Court to one count of third-degree rape of a child and was sentenced to 36 months of confinement after he was accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl when he was 36 years old.
Michael J. Rhodabarger

Description: White man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 230 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
Status: Level 3
Registered to live at: 17300 block of 154th Avenue Southeast, Yelm
Criminal history: In 2004, Rhodabarger pleaded guilty in Pierce County Juvenile Court to one count of first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 30-40 weeks commitment to Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl when he was 16 years old.
In 2009, Rhodabarger pleaded guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to one count of second-degree attempted assault of a child with sexual motivation, two counts of third-degree rape of a child, and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes and was sentenced to 60 months confinement after he, when he was 20 years old, was accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl whom he met online.
