Woman faces possible DUI charge after rollover crash on Boston Harbor Road

A 21-year-old woman faces a possible charge of driving under the influence after she rolled a vehicle on Boston Harbor Road Saturday night.

About 8:45 p.m., the vehicle entered a curve in the 5400 block of Boston Harbor Road Northeast, then struck a culvert near a driveway, which caused it to roll, Thurston County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Ray Brady said.

A deputy at the scene reported that he saw an empty bottle of alcohol in the car, Brady said.

The woman was taken to an area hospital, he said. The Sheriff’s Office also obtained a search warrant to draw blood, Brady said.
