Calvin E. Malone
Age: 69
Description: White man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 190 pounds with gray (bald) hair and brown eyes
Status: Level 3
Registered to live at: 400 block of Legion Way Southeast, Olympia
Criminal history: In January 1993, Malone pleaded guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court to one count of first-degree rape of a child, and two counts of first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 240 months confinement after he was accused of sexually assaulting a known 12-year-old male.
In August 1987, Malone pleaded guilty in Multnomah County, Oregon, to one count third-degree sodomy and one count second-degree sexual abuse and was sentenced to 2-1/2 to five years confinement and five years’ probation after he was accused of sexually assaulting underage male victims when he was a counselor working at a home for runaway boys.
In August 1986, Malone pleaded no contest in San Benito County, California, to battery and was sentenced to one year confinement and five years’ probation after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old male while working as a Scout Master.
