Centralia man dies after Saturday afternoon crash in south Thurston County
A 62-year-old Centralia man died at an area hospital on Saturday following a crash near Bucoda in south Thurston County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
About 2 p.m. Saturday, the man was headed south on state Route 507 when troopers say he failed to negotiate a turn and drove off the road. He later died at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, according to the State Patrol.
The southbound lanes were blocked for three hours. The crash is under investigation.
