Sex offender registration in Thurston County

The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Thurston County. They are not wanted by law enforcement at this time.

All Level 2, Level 3 and transient sex offenders registered to live in Thurston County are listed on the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office’s website at www.co.thurston.wa.us/sheriff.

Level 1 offenders with an address are not posted.

Crushante J. Richburg

Age: 27

Description: Black man, 6 feet 1 inches tall, 305 pounds with black hair and brown eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: 4500 block of 31st Ave. NE

Criminal history: In March 2005, Richburg pleaded guilty in Thurston County Juvenile Court to one count first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 15-36 weeks commitment to JRA after he was accused of sexually assaulting a known 4-year-old female.

Duane E. Waldron

Age: 32

Description: White man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 249 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: 8200 block of Quinault Drive NE

Criminal history: In May 2016, Waldron pleaded guilty in Kitsap County Superior Court to one count indecent liberties, domestic violence, and was sentenced to 57 months confinement and 36 months community supervision after he was accused of sexually assaulting a known 35-year-old female.
