Espresso stand proposed in northeast Lacey, massage business moving
A new espresso stand has been proposed for a location in northeast Lacey, according to a site plan review and design application submitted to the city of Lacey.
J&A Marvin Road LLC proposes to build an 800-square-foot, drive-up coffee shop, along with a 3,000-square-foot office/retail building at 2110 Marvin Road NE.
That location is just north of I-5 on Marvin Road.
Organic Wellness, a massage business, is moving to Tumwater, according to its website. The business, previously at 1210 Sleater Kinney Road SE, is moving to 214 X St. SE on Aug. 1.
