Sex offender registrations in Thurston County

The following convicted sex offenders have recently registered to live in Thurston County. They are not wanted by law enforcement at this time.

All Level 2, Level 3 and transient sex offenders registered to live in Thurston County are listed on the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office’s website at www.co.thurston.wa.us/sheriff.

Level 1 offenders with an address are not posted.

Charles A. Goff

Age: 30

Description: white man, 5 foot 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, brown hair, blue eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: Transient

Criminal History: In March 2007, Goff pleaded guilty in Mason County Juvenile Court to one count first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 30-40 weeks in JRA commitment, after he, at age 16, was accused of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old boy.

In February 2009, Goff pleaded guilty in Mason County Superior Court to one count first-degree child molestation and was sentenced to 89 months confinement, after he, at age 19, was accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

William C. Moose

Age: 32

Description: white man, 5 foot 11 inches tall, 195 pounds, red hair, green eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: Transient

Criminal History: In August 2006, Moose pleaded guilty in Lander County Sixth Judicial District Court in Nevada to one count statutory sexual seduction and was sentenced to 298 days confinement, after he, at age 17, was accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
