Do you take Yelm Highway to get to work? Expect a Tuesday morning delay
Commuters can expect traffic to be slow on Yelm Highway Tuesday morning because of road work, according to the city of Olympia.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions near Henderson Boulevard so that city crews can pave the highway.
The work will take place from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m, according to the city. The westbound bike lane also will be closed during that time.
Commuters are encouraged to use other routes to minimize delays.
