Man dies of injuries weeks after 4-car crash on SR 512

One of the drivers involved in a four-car crash on state Route 512 in Lakewood earlier this month has died of his injuries, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Isaac Adler, 23, of Olympia, was traveling west on Route 512 on Sept. 2 when a vehicle struck his Subaru Legacy near Steele Street, pushing his vehicle into another.

That car hit a fourth vehicle.

Troopers said the collision was caused by a 28-year-old Tacoma man speeding.

Nobody but Alder was injured in the crash.

He died this week at Tacoma General Hospital.
