Description: white man, 5 foot 11 inches tall, 195 pounds, red hair, green eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: 700 block of Franklin Street Southeast, Olympia

Criminal History: In August 2006, Moose pleaded guilty in Lander County Sixth Judicial District Court, Nevada, to one count statutory sexual seduction and was sentenced to 298 days confinement, after he, at age 17, was accused of sexually assaulting a known 15-year-old girl.
