Kelvin K. K. Marshall

Age: 38

Description: Black man, 6 feet tall, 205 pounds with black hair and brown eyes

Status: Level 3

Registered to live at: 18100 block of Hi Lo Court SE, Yelm

Criminal History: In January 2013, Marshall was found guilty in Pierce County Superior Court of first-degree burglary with sexual motivation and sentenced to 20 months to life confinement. Marshall was accused of sexually assaulting a 28-year-old female stranger when he was 29 years old.
