Longtime East Olympia business to open a store, and downtown businesses ask for support
Johnson’s Smokehouse & Sausage Kitchen, a longtime fixture in East Olympia that was destroyed by fire two years ago, has reopened its farm stand and is getting close to opening its new store, the business announced on Facebook.
“We have new and exciting things going on at the future Johnson’s Smokehouse retail store!,” the post reads.
“Not only will you be able to get all of our smoked meats that we have handcrafted since 1983, we will also be offering fresh meats, produce, dairy products, frozen meats/pastries, beer, wine, pantry staples and much much more!
“We will also have an eatery where you can get a gourmet brat and beer!”
The store is expected to open next month. The farm stand is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays until the retail store opens, according to the post.
