Celebrate Black history at 11 a.m. Monday in a program organized by the Hawk Foundation for Research and Education in African Culture and the city of Olympia.

The virtual program is set to run until 12:30 p.m., the city announced. It will feature a keynote address from Olympia City Councilman Dontae Payne, African American history presentations and performances by the Buffalo Soldiers, Chanel Music, Awodi Drumming and others.
