Lewis County man who died Sept. 24 in collision has been identified

A Lewis County man who died last month has been identified by the county coroner.

Kyle R. Perkins, 30, of Onalaska was killed Sept. 24 in a traffic wreck on Middle Fork road in Onalaska, according to Lewis County Coroner information.

Perkins was not a pedestrian, but was driving at the time.

The cause of death was multiple blunt force trauma, according to the Coroner’s office.
