Starting Monday, June 5, a section of Sixth Avenue Southeast and Golf Club Road north of Sixth Avenue will be closed at night for 10 days, the city of Lacey announced.

The area will close weekdays only from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., so that a gravity sewer line can be installed.

The work is expected to be complete at 6 a.m. June 16.

Drivers are asked to take alternate routes through the area.
