Pedestrian who died Friday morning in Lewis County has been identified

A 34-year-old pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle Friday morning on State Route 7 in Lewis County and later died at an area hospital has been identified, according to Washington State Patrol.

Troopers say Lacey L. Charbonneau of Packwood was in the southbound lane of state Route 7, which runs north and south in east Lewis County, when she was hit by the car about 10 a.m.

Charbonneau later died at Morton Hospital, according to State Patrol.

The three people in the car were not injured, troopers say.
