Need to get around Thurston County on Thanksgiving? Don’t count on the bus
Intercity Transit bus service, including local and Express bus services, Dial-A-Lift and Village Vans, will not be in operation Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23.
The Intercity Transit administrative office as well as Olympia Transit Center customer service will also be closed that day, according to an IT news release.
Buses will resume normal operating schedules on Friday, Nov. 24.
While the Dial-A-Lift reservation line will be closed Thanksgiving, customers can still cancel ride requests by leaving a voicemail at 360-705-5827. Rides also can be requested by leaving a voicemail at the same number, or by emailing daldispatch@intercitytransit.com.
