Olympia crews respond to early Thanksgiving morning house fire
The Olympia Fire Department responded to a fire in a small one-story home in the early hours of Thanksgiving morning on the city’s east side.
The department posted on its social media around 4:20 a.m. Thursday morning that it had responded to a fire at a house in the 2300 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast, near Lions Park. Seven units arrived and extinguished the fire.
No injuries to residents or firefighters were reported. The fire department did not indicate a cause of the fire.
