Olympia police are looking for the driver of a car that crashed into an area business Saturday night.

About 11:40 p.m. Jan. 6, police were dispatched to the Fun Junk & Licorice Boutique at the corner of Harrison Avenue and Kaiser Road Northwest.

A witness said they saw a Red Dodge Charger veer off the road and crash into the business, then watched the driver run from the scene headed south, said Olympia police Lt. Paul Lower.

The driver also crashed into a power pole in the area, Lower said.

The car was not reported as stolen, so police are trying to contact the registered owner, Lower said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Olympia police at 360-753-8300.
