Expect wet paint on Tumwater streets this weekend

Road crews will be painting new center lines, edge lines, and bike lanes on streets throughout the City of Tumwater from Friday through Sunday. Work will begin at 8 a.m. and continue to approximately 9 p.m. Some traffic delays are expected.

Motorists are asked not to pass painting equipment or travel over freshly painted lines.

If you get paint on your vehicle, do not scrub it. Instead, wash it off immediately at a pressurized car wash.
