Water main break closed street, cut off water to residents in west Olympia on Sunday

About 40 residents were without water and a section of a city street closed for several hours on Sunday after a water main broke in west Olympia, the city announced.
The broken water main closed Division Street Northwest, between Madison Avenue Northwest and Conger Avenue Northwest, in west Olympia.
Water was restored to affected customers Sunday evening and Division Street reopened about midnight, city officials said.
The southeast corner of Conger Avenue and Division Street will remain closed until further notice.
