Headed to Portland Wednesday morning? Be prepared for delays, WSDOT says
Drivers headed toward Portland Wednesday morning should prepare for traffic delays, the Washington state Department of Transportation announced.
Road crews will close two southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Kelso in Cowlitz County to repair a dip in the pavement.
The closure will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, according to WSDOT.
