Traffic alert: I-5 south jammed near Martin Way

10:50 a.m. UPDATE: The disabled vehicle has been cleared, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The two right lanes of Interstate 5 southbound are blocked by a disabled vehicle at milepost 109 near Martin Way as of 10:35. Traffic is reduced to one lane.
