Thurston County Public Health and Social Services announced on Wednesday the release of a community health assessment survey designed to identify local needs and guide community-wide health priorities.
The survey is available on the county website under Health Data. It’s also available in Spanish.
According to the county, a Community Health Assessment is a collection and review of local health data used to track trends, identify needs, and guide community-wide health priorities. The survey will help Thurston County target its programs and resources.
The survey takes five to 10 minutes and is anonymous.
