Did you see this hit-and-run crash in west Olympia last year? Troopers want help
The Washington State Patrol is asking the public to help identify a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash in west Olympia a year ago.
About 9:30 p.m. July 17, 2024, a woman was walking north on the right shoulder of U.S. 101 at Delphi Road Southwest, according to State Patrol. She was then hit by someone driving an SUV with an unknown description.
“The pedestrian sustained major injuries to their left leg and ankle and was transported to the hospital in serious condition,” a news release reads.
Anyone who may have seen the incident, or who has video or photographs of the collision or the events leading up to it, are asked to contact Detective Kevin Pratt at kevin.pratt@wsp.wa.gov or at 253-310-1826.
