‘Exquisite’ waterfront home for sale in Olympia. Check out its pickleball court

An “exquisite” waterfront home with its own pickleball court and other custom features is for sale in Olympia, a listing said.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom property in the Ken Lake area is “like nothing I’ve seen before,” listing agent Renee Kapa told The Olympian in a phone interview.

Kapa, from Best Choice Realty, described the $1.495 million home as special and filled with unique touches.

When you visit the home, you “step inside to an impressive entry with imported stained glass windows and Italian tile flooring,” the listing said, adding that “the main level boasts a spacious layout with a newly-updated primary suite bath,” plus three bedrooms, a kitchen with new appliances and a large room for laundry.

The nearly 5,000-square-foot home also has a “daylight basement” that “offers a wealth of possibilities with a generous family/rec room, antique wet bar, movie room, game room, and two additional bedrooms,” according to the listing, which also highlighted outdoor features, such as Trex composite decking that’s “perfect for entertaining.”

The home has its own pickleball court, plus a stretch of private waterfront and access to community parks, nature trails and sports courts, per the listing.

The nearby Ken Lake is stocked with fish and open for non-motorized water activities, Napa said.

She said the home would be ideal for an active family, noting there’s “so much to do” in the safe community in which it’s nestled.

The home was built in 1974 and has undergone updates, although it’s also kept some charming features from the past that set it apart, including a phone booth in the rec room and a house-wide music intercom system, Napa said.

“It’s such a unique home,” she said.

It’s at 1611 Camden Circle SW.
