“It’s one of the more unique properties I’ve seen,” listing broker Ahtumn Delacroix of Blue Summit Realty told The Olympian by phone.

The original home at 39th Avenue was built in 1947.

In 2016, construction started on a new, modern-style connected addition, Delacroix said, adding that the project wrapped up in 2018.

The result is “a timeless masterpiece designed with grand tradition and refined artistry,” according to a Zillow listing, which noted the home is made “for a life of enduring style.”
