WA State Patrol seeks witnesses to fatality crash in December. Did you see it?

The Washington State Patrol is seeking witnesses to a fatality crash in early December, the agency announced Friday.

About 7:15 a.m. Dec. 4 in Lewis County, the driver of a semi-truck towing double trailers loaded with hay, attempted to exit a Chevron parking lot and turn left onto state Route 6, according to State Patrol.

It was then that the truck crashed into a white passenger car and killed its driver, a 77-year-old man from Chehalis. He died at the scene, according to State Patrol.

Trooper Dakota Russell said Sunday the State Patrol is seeking witnesses to gain a better understanding of the crash.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Evan Clark at evan.clark@wsp.wa.gov.
