Grays Harbor County man killed in overnight crash, Washington State Patrol says

A Grays Harbor County man was killed in an overnight crash, according to the Washington State Patrol.

About 2:30 a.m. Thursday, Ronald R. Grover, 71, of Taholah, was headed north on state Route 109 near Copalis Beach on the Washington state coast.

Troopers say he drove off the road in the area of milepost 21, crashed into a tree and then the vehicle caught on fire. He died at the scene, according to the State Patrol.

The crash is under investigation, troopers say.
