Semi-truck rolls over in Tumwater and blocks freeway ramp, WSP says

Update: A second vehicle was involved in the crash and that driver has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the State Patrol said about 2:40 p.m. The freeway ramp remains closed.

Earlier: A semi-truck hauling milk has rolled over on the freeway ramp from Trosper Road to northbound Interstate 5 in Tumwater, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Milk has spilled in the area and injuries have been reported, said Trooper Kameron Watts.

The rollover was reported about 1:20 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers are en route and drivers should expect the ramp to be closed for an extended period of time.

The right lane of northbound I-5 is also blocked, according to the state Department of Transportation.
