Lacey library has record-setting summer of children readers
The Lacey Timberland Library next to City Hall had a record-setting summer, the Lacey City Council learned Thursday.
Branch manager Holly Paxson told the council the library served more than 3,000 children in its summer reading programs, tops among Timberland Regional Library’s 27 branches.
She also reminded the council that all Timberland branches will be closed Wednesday (Sept. 16) for a day of staff training.
