In search of Thanksgiving cooks

Do you love Thanksgiving? More specifically, do you love cooking Thanksgiving dinner? And do you have a theme for your annual holiday spread?

The Olympian is planning its Thanksgiving section, and hopes to feature three South Sound home cooks and their unique Thanksgiving spreads. Do you give your Thanksgiving a southern accent? Does it reflect your ethnic heritage? Are you always looking for something a little different or edgy?

If this sounds like you, the newspaper would want to interview you, share 4-5 of your recipes, and have you demonstrate how to make 2-3 of the recipes in your home kitchen where we would take photos and video. All of that would be displayed on one page of our special Thanksgiving section.
