Tumwater woman is injured after driving off road
A 42-year-old Tumwater woman was injured Saturday night after she drove off a road about 18 miles north of Hoquiam, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The woman, who was allegedly driving under the influence, was injured in the accident and taken to Grays Harbor Community Hospital.
About 9 p.m. Saturday, the woman, driving a red 2007 Volkswagen Beetle, was southbound on Ocean Beach Road at milepost 15 when she drove off the road and into a ditch, according to WSP.
