Orca Tour 2015: Orca expert and author Erich Hoyt speaks at 7 p.m. at the Olympia Friends Meeting Hall, 3021 Boston Harbor Road NE, in Olympia. 12th annual “Denim & Diamonds”: Fundraising event presented by the Karen Hilburn Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund, a chapter of Mason General Hospital Foundation, will be at 4 p.m., at the Alderbrook Resort & Spa, in Union. Tickets are $50 per person with all proceeds to benefit women in the community needing assistance to pay for the diagnoses and treatment of breast and cervical cancers.
