Christmas show auditions: Wrinkles of Washington will have its Christmas show auditions 6-8 p.m. at the Lacey Senior Center, 6757 Pacific Ave. SE. WOW’s Christmas shows will be Dec. 5 at the Lacey Senior Center and Dec. 12 at The Olympia Center, 222 Columbia St. NW.

World Affairs Council: Monthly lecture features Professor Nader Nazemi, University of Washington Bothell, on “The Nuclear Agreement and Future Directions in Iranian Politics,” and will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Olympia Center, 222 Columbia St. NW. Rachel Corrie Foundation for Peace and Justice: Dr. Yasser Abu Jamei, director of the Gaza Community Mental Health Programme, will discuss physical and psychological health in Gaza at noon at First Christian Church, 701 Franklin St SE, in downtown Olympia. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.

Reaching Up and Reaching Out: Unity of Olympia celebrates 60 years with a fundraiser at 7 p.m. The Rev. Howard Caesar of Houston will be the keynote speaker. Caesar led Unity from 1976 to 1983. The event is free, but tickets are required and may be reserved by calling 360-942-5757.

YMCA Cupcake Cabaret: Second annual Briggs Y Cupcake Cabaret from 2-4 p.m. at 1530 Yelm Highway, Olympia. Cost is $10 per person. Proceeds benefit the YMCA.

12th annual Denim & Diamonds: A fundraising event presented by the Karen Hilburn Breast and Cervical Cancer Fund, a chapter of Mason General Hospital Foundation, will be at 4 p.m. at the Alderbrook Resort & Spa in Union. Tickets are $50 per person with all proceeds to benefit women in the community needing assistance to pay for the diagnoses and treatment of breast and cervical cancers.
