In competition are:

▪ Jared Rider, courtesy clerk at Bailey’s IGA in Rochester.

During the bag battle, Weisgerber and Rider will be judged on speed, style, technique and uniform bag weight over three rounds.

Ten clerks from throughout the state will compete for top honors. First, second and third place winners receive $1,500, $1,000 and $500. The first place winner also gets an all-expense paid trip to the national best bagger competition in Las Vegas.
