Governor’s Mansion holiday tours available in December
Tours of the Governor’s Mansion are again being offered during the upcoming holiday season.
The 60-minute tours are being offered on Dec. 2, 9, 16 and 23. Morning and afternoon times are available. Reservations are required and spots are already filling, according to a news release.
The Georgian-style mansion is on the bluff overlooking Capitol Lake, Budd Inlet and the Olympic Mountains. Constructed in 1908, the mansion is the oldest building on the Capitol Campus in Olympia. Holiday decorations for the mansion are paid for through private donations.

The mansion is accessible to wheelchairs and walkers. Visitors must walk a 200-yard incline up to the entrance. No public restrooms are available.
