The Washington State University Thurston County Extension is accepting applications for its 2016 Master Gardener volunteer training.
The next training will start Jan. 22.
To be considered for one of the limited training spots, you must complete an application and attend a pre-orientation session to see if the WSU Master Gardener volunteer program is right for you. Pre-orientation sessions are set for 4:30 p.m. Nov. 20, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 1, 4:30 p.m. Dec. 10, 4:30 p.m. Dec. 16, and 10:30 a.m. Dec. 18 — all at Thurston County WSU Extension Office, 5033 Harrison Ave. NW, Olympia.
