Multiple vehicle accident closes all lanes of northbound I-5

Update: Northbound traffic is moving again.

Earlier: A multiple vehicle accident, which may involve as many as five vehicles, has closed northbound Interstate 5 at milepost 114, according to a Thurston County dispatcher and the state Department of Transportation.

The dispatcher said it was a non-injury accident.

The northbound lanes were closed just after 1 p.m. Sunday. A DOT camera in the area shows that traffic is being re-routed off the freeway into the Nisqually Valley.
