1. Tumwater brewery property sells for $4 million: The buyer, Tumwater Development LLC of Anaheim California, purchased the property, for $4 million from Capital Salvage, according to a real estate excise tax affidavit filed Thursday morning with the Thurston County Treasurer’s Office.

2. Unable to agree on lease terms, Urban Onion Restaurant & Lounge will close: The Urban Onion Restaurant & Lounge will close for good this Sunday, ending a stretch of 42 years in which an Urban Onion restaurant occupied space in the historic Olympian Hotel building on Legion Way.

3. Thurston County man reported missing: The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office has listed Elisha Blue Sullivan, 21, as missing.

4. Lacey police identify armed robbery suspect: Lacey police have identified Siosaia Lausii V. Fifita as one of two suspects wanted in connection to several armed robberies throughout the region, including one in Lacey.

5. Bail set at $250,000 for Olympia man facing domestic violence charges: A Thurston County Superior Court judge set bail at $250,000 Tuesday for an Olympia man facing several charges of domestic violence and violating a no-contact order, including hiding in the back of his ex-girlfriend’s car.
