The United Churches of Olympia anniversary: The church will celebrate 100 years of its federation through 2016. Sunday, the church celebrates “Historical Remembrances” during workshop services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. at 110 11th Ave. SE, Olympia.

Mason County Town Hall: Washington’s 6th Congressional District Rep. Derek Kilmer will meet with constituents from 5-6 p.m. in the Skookum Room, Mason County PUD No. 3, 2621 E. Johns Prairie Road, Shelton.

Free Medicare seminar: A seminar is being offered at 10 a.m. Olympia Senior Center, 222 Columbia St. NW to new and existing Medicare beneficiaries. The event is sponsored by the Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisors, which provides free and confidential assistance regarding Medicare options, including programs to save costs. DSHS Mobile CSO (Rochester): Apply for financial, food and medical assistance from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bailey’s IGA, 10333 U.S. Highway 12, Rochester. Clients can drop off paperwork, complete an eligibility review, do a midcertification review or make changes to existing cases.
