Kids consignment sale: Because of the closure of the Olympia Armory, LMNOP has relocated to the old Del’s Farm Supply building at 7720 Old Highway 99 SE, Olympia. LMNOP Kids Sale is hosting the Family Support Center of South Sound during the event. The sale runs 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. 88th Academy Awards Oscar Party: The Olympia Film Society celebrates at the Capitol Theater, beginning with red carpet action at 4 p.m., and the show, which will be simulcast on the big screen, at 5 p.m., at 206 Fifth Ave. SE. Tickets are $10 for general admission, and $7 for OFS members, and are available at the Olympia Film Society website or at the door. Dress to impress and have your picture taken holding an Oscar statue.
