Monday
Meet with county commissioner and PSE: Join Thurston County Commissioner Sandra Romero and Puget Sound Energy representative Bryan McConaughy for coffee and learn what the company is doing to improve reliability, provide energy efficiency opportunities and inform customers on emergency preparedness. The meetings are 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Rainier City Hall, 102 Rochester St. W.; 11 a.m.-noon at Pizzeria La Gitana, 309 Yelm Ave. E., Yelm; and 2-3 p.m. at Forza Coffee, 130 Marvin Road SE, Lacey.
Tuesday
50th Anniversary Vietnam Commemorative Partner program: The Washington State Daughters of the American Revolution chapters will gather proclamations and fly commemorative flags to remember the last day in which U.S. troops were on the ground in Vietnam. A ceremony is 10 a.m. at the flagpoles between the Legislative Building and the Temple of Justice on the Capitol Campus.
Thursday
“The Quest for the Crowns”: A fundraiser for Capital City Pride hosted by Jaycub Atom and Jadys Diamond kicks off 7 p.m. at Rhythm and Rye, 311 Capitol Way N., in Olympia. Doors open at 6 p.m. Cover charge is $7. Must be 21and older with ID. Performers are Rock Candy Burlesque, Mylo Precious and Adonia the Sword Woman. After-event entertainment by Feast of Egos. Proceeds benefit Olympia Pride.
Book signing and donation: TL Walker, author of “Alex Twice Abducted,” will sign his book 1-3 p.m. at Mystical Cupcakes in the Capital Mall. Half of the cost of each book will support cross-country teams at Black Hills, Tumwater, W.F. West and Centralia high schools. The story revolves around 15-year-old Alex, who is dying of unknown causes and is abducted by aliens. TL Walker is a local author.

Panorama Republicans: The group will meet 2 p.m. in the Quinault Auditorium on the lower level of the Quinalt apartment building, 1835 Circle Lane, Lacey. The speaker is Javier Figueroa, Republican candidate for lieutenant governor. Information: 438-5641 or ron.ck722@gmail.com
