Save KPLU meeting: The effort needs to raise $7 million in six months to match the amount of the current offer for Pacific Lutheran University’s sale of KPLU to the University of Washington. Bicycle Commuting: May is Bike Month and Intercity Transit will have a Bicycle Commuter Contest. African Children’s Choir: 7 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, 919 Division St. NW, Olympia. The program features children’s songs, traditional spirituals and gospel favorites. Concert is free.
